SEVEN LAYER DIP



Layer of refried beans (16 oz. can)
½ pkg taco seasoning

Sour cream ( 8 oz.)
Guacamole (one cup)
1 can green chiles
Salsa (try to drain the liquid) about one cup
Onion, green or red pepper or both, chopped very fine
Black olives, sliced or chopped
Fresh tomato chopped
Monterey jack cheese or any kind (16 oz.

Combine taco seasoning with sour cream and set aside. Spread beans into the bottom of a 9x13 serving dish which is about 1 ½ inches deep. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese on top of beans. Spread sour cream mixture over top of cheese. Spread guacamole on top of sour cream. Pour salsa over guacamole and spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, olives, tomatoes, onion, pepper and chiles.

Dip with Tortilla chips or crackers.


I am serving this as one of my appetizers for tomorrow night's wine tasting we are hosting at our clubhouse.
